London Awaits!!

Tomorrow is a very exciting day. I'm going to London to see my two British cousins (and my United States cousin). My momma and I are going to watch Ms. Doubtfire on the plane and read some Harry Potter. I am planning on staying up all day and all night, because it is going to be morning when we get there.

I got a present to give to my cousin Max, and so did my mom. When we get there, we are planning on seeing the play Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and the Tower of London (which used to be a prison, and before that a palace).

I'm really excited to see my aunt, uncle, and my three cousins!

Happy Halloween!

So Dang Cute!">

Happy Halloween! I've (obviously) already been slacking on posting to this site regularly. I promise to get better! We've been having lots of fun around here. Harper took her first trip to Yosemite a couple of weeks ago, which was beautiful. Not much water in the falls, though! We also went to Sacramento and visited our friends Tina & Travis, and their baby Claire, who is 3 weeks older than Harper. How can you pass up the chance to put a naked baby in a pumpkin? Harper talks LOTS, and the tireder she gets, the more she talks. She's still working on crawling, and is propelling herself around backwards most of the time.
Watch out for little ghosties and ghoulies tonight!

Raspberry Girl

Did you know how much FUN it is to blow raspberries? Harper does! Raspberries are her new thing. She blows them day, night, and in between, and she thinks it's pretty hilarious. Today, I took her to anatomy lab with me (yeah, she's going to be one smart chick), and she spent the entire lab blowing raspberries at everyone who was trying to study. It's my secret way of distracting everyone to lower the curve :-) She also entertained everyone at Sweet Adeline's today with her raspberry blowing antics.

Harper's First Concert

This weekend we took Harper to the San Francisco Blues Festival at Fort Mason in the city. We sat toward the back (didn't want it to be too loud), and she had lots of fun bouncing to the beats. All 4 of her grandparents were there, so she got PLENTY of attention. The weather was beautiful and sunny, it was perfect for an outdoor festival.

There was a little bit of drama--Andy's parents car was stolen from their hotel. But, it showed up the next day, apparently someone took it for a ride across town.

And, in other news, I've applied to the Nurse Practitioner program at UCSF. Wish me luck!
